At Write Something Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
What we accept
- Unopened or unused products in sellable condition
- Damaged or defective items (please include a photo when you contact us)
- Wrong item received
What we can’t accept
- Items returned after 14 days
- Used, written-in, or damaged products (unless the damage was our fault)
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email us at writesomethingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? Request an exchange in your return email and we’ll help you sort it out based on availability.
